BGF and Paul Angelo do not conduct background checks, legal screenings, psychological evaluations, or criminal history verification of members. While effort is made to promote a respectful, emotionally mature community, compatibility and behavioral outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your own safety and emotional boundaries during all calls, conversations, and in-person meetings. Any concerns regarding safety, harassment, or misconduct should be reported to appropriate local authorities and/or medical or legal professionals.
BGF’s role in matchmaking is solely to facilitate introductions based on available compatibility indicators and structured protocols. BGF does not represent or guarantee compatibility, suitability, or outcomes of any connection. No due diligence or background checks are performed, and all introductions are offered as-is, without warranties, guarantees, or implied promises.
🔹 Voluntary Dispute Resolution
If interpersonal issues arise between members, BGF encourages voluntary, respectful resolution using the tools provided within the program, such as the Operational Codes, Communication Codes, and optional support from a BGF Guardian or coach. However, BGF is not a legal mediator, and dispute resolution is not guaranteed or enforceable within the program. 🔹 Right to Remove Members for Noncompliance or Misconduct
Participation in the Big Gay Family Social Program (BGF) is expressly conditional upon a member’s active adherence to the Universal Dating Protocol (UDP) and their ongoing demonstration of respectful, emotionally responsible behavior within the community framework.
Paul Angelo and BGF reserve the sole and unrestricted right to suspend or terminate any membership, at any time and without refund, under the following conditions:
The member refuses to complete or repeatedly disregards required steps, roles, or agreements within the UDP (including the Bridge, Get Out of Jail Card agreements, Rules of Engagement, or Intimacy Code procedures);
The member attempts to circumvent or manipulate the structure of the protocol (e.g., bypassing steps, misrepresenting intentions, or prematurely terminating calls);
The member consistently fails to honor boundaries, communication standards, or emotional responsibilities outlined by the program;
The member engages in any conduct deemed, at the sole discretion of BGF leadership, to be disruptive, harmful, manipulative, or misaligned with the emotional safety of the community.
Membership in BGF is not guaranteed, nor is it a right. It is a revocable, conditional license to participate in a private educational experience. BGF maintains full discretion to determine a member’s fitness to continue based on alignment with program expectations, contribution to community safety, and capacity for meaningful participation.
BGF reserves the unrestricted right to refuse service, revoke access, or deny participation in any part of the program, with or without notice, and with or without explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:
Harassment, threats, emotional instability, or disruptive behavior;
False claims, bad-faith participation, or patterns of manipulation;
Use of the program in ways misaligned with its purpose or integrity.
All membership agreements are considered revocable, conditional licenses, not permanent entitlements. Participation is granted at the sole discretion of Paul Angelo and BGF, and may be withdrawn at any time to protect the integrity, safety, or operations of the program.
By enrolling in or continuing with BGF, members expressly agree to these terms and acknowledge that failure to comply with UDP requirements or BGF community standards may result in immediate termination of access and removal from all program-related platforms and communication channels.

Members who falsely accuse others, weaponize the reporting process, or misrepresent program experiences in a manner that causes harm to others or the reputation of the program may be removed and may face legal action for defamation, tortious interference, or breach of agreement. BGF takes the integrity of its platform seriously and expects all members to act with maturity, fairness, and accountability.

Any defamatory, misleading, or unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or public commentary involving the content of this site — including but not limited to false attribution of views, mischaracterization of BGF members, or public reposting out of context — may constitute tortious interference, defamation, misappropriation, or invasion of privacy, and may be subject to legal action under applicable law.

No member, visitor, third party, or affiliated entity may record, copy, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, or replicate any part of a BGF interaction, call, message, or document without the express, written, advance consent of all parties involved.
This includes video recordings, audio recordings, screen captures, chat logs, note-taking for external publication, and any similar form of information capture.
All sessions, calls, and communications are considered private, confidential experiences between members and/or facilitators.
2. Prohibition on Metadata Collection and Digital Tracking
No person or entity may collect, harvest, or monitor IP addresses, geolocation data, timestamps, login patterns, device usage, or any other digital metadata for the purposes of analysis, surveillance, behavioral mapping, or predictive modeling.
Any attempt to use third-party plugins, screen readers, AI agents, bots, browser extensions, or web scraping tools to observe or log member behavior is strictly prohibited.
3. Identity Disclosure Requirements
All participants must engage as their true, legally verifiable identities. Use of fake profiles, aliases, or masked identities with the intent to observe, gather data, or report on the platform is forbidden.
No person may enter BGF under false pretenses, including those who intend to act as informants, data analysts, behavioral researchers, or corporate investigators.
4. Disclosure Requirement for Government, Media, or Institutional Affiliates
Any person affiliated with a governmental agency, intelligence operation, law enforcement office, academic institution, advocacy organization, or media outlet must disclose their affiliation before participating or gaining access to any part of the BGF ecosystem.
This includes contractors, freelancers, interns, or any other form of covert investigator or silent observer.
Failure to disclose institutional affiliation constitutes bad-faith participation and breach of contract.
5. Ban on Third-Party Sharing or Export of BGF Content
No person may share, forward, transmit, summarize, or republish BGF content (video, audio, written, or verbal) to any third party, including partners, therapists, journalists, software companies, or government bodies.
This includes copy-pasting chats, exporting videos, or describing emotional processes observed in calls to outsiders, even if anonymized.
6. AI, Automation, and Data Mining Prohibition
The use of automated tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, or natural language processing models to analyze, record, or interpret BGF interactions is strictly prohibited.
You may not input BGF communications, materials, or transcripts into any AI system (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) without explicit, written consent from BGF leadership.
7. Personal Sovereignty and Private Participation
By participating in BGF, you affirm that you are engaging as a private individual for personal development purposes, and not on behalf of any company, research body, government agency, advocacy group, or investigative entity.
Your participation implies your consent to confidentiality, your obligation to respect the privacy of others, and your agreement to safeguard the emotional and digital sanctity of the space.
8. Violation Penalties and Enforcement
Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties for invasion of privacy, breach of contract, electronic surveillance violations, wiretapping, or data theft.
BGF reserves the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law, including the issuance of cease-and-desist orders, civil suits for damages, and coordination with cybersecurity attorneys.
Any entity or agent found to have engaged in covert data collection or manipulation may be publicly named, reported to relevant oversight bodies, and entered into a permanent blacklist across all BGF-affiliated platforms.
🔹 Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Enforcement Rights
By participating in the Big Gay Family Social Program (BGF), you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy that you initiate against Paul Angelo or BGF—including disputes related to coaching, matchmaking, courses, interactions with other members, or the structure of the program—shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado. The prevailing party may enter judgment on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to:
Waive any right to a jury trial;
Waive all rights to class actions, mass actions, or representative legal proceedings;
Individually resolve all disputes, regardless of jurisdiction.
This clause is designed to prevent misuse of the legal system by unstable or malicious actors and to maintain a private, respectful, and efficient dispute resolution environment.
🔸 Exceptions: BGF’s Right to Legal and Criminal Enforcement
Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Paul Angelo or BGF to take civil or criminal legal action without arbitration in the following circumstances:
Chargebacks, payment fraud, or breach of the no-refund policy (including initiation of small claims court actions);
Defamation, libel, or slander (verbal, written, or digital), including negative online campaigns, false public reviews, or private communications intended to damage reputation;
Tortious interference with BGF’s business operations, reputation, or contracts;
Harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, or attempts to coerce or manipulate Paul Angelo, staff, or BGF members;
Use of the program under false identity or for surveillance, sabotage, or extraction of private information;
Any unlawful activity, including impersonation, cyberstalking, distribution of revenge content, or threats of violence;
Violation of cease-and-desist orders, protective orders, or community bans issued by BGF leadership.
In these cases, BGF reserves the right to:
File civil lawsuits for damages, injunctions, and declaratory relief;
Seek temporary restraining orders (TROs) or permanent injunctions;
Report conduct to local, state, or federal authorities for criminal prosecution;
Subpoena member records, screenshots, and IP logs if defamatory or illegal behavior occurs online or through third-party platforms;
Enforce penalties including public identification, permanent bans, and pursuit of compensatory and punitive damages.
🔸 Reservation of Legal Remedies
By enrolling in BGF, you consent to the jurisdiction of Colorado courts and agree that Paul Angelo and BGF shall retain full rights under state and federal law to pursue any and all legal remedies available, including equitable relief, compensatory and punitive damages, and court-issued protective orders.
This section shall survive termination or cancellation of your membership and apply in perpetuity to all interactions, representations, and actions taken during or after your involvement with BGF.
🔹 Confidentiality of Program Materials and Communications
All content, tools, call structures, language frameworks, educational materials, matchmaking methodology, and internal communications shared within the Big Gay Family Social Program (BGF), including but not limited to the Universal Dating Protocol (UDP), are confidential and proprietary. Members agree not to share, reproduce, discuss, forward, or publish any such materials or communications outside of the program.
This includes but is not limited to:
Zoom calls, audio, and video sessions
Chat transcripts and written exercises
PDF downloads and onboarding materials
Tools, frameworks, sequences, or course content
Group discussions and member interactions
Violations of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program and legal action for breach of confidentiality, trade secret misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
🔹 Non-Disparagement Clause
By participating in BGF, you agree not to engage in any behavior, online or offline, intended to harm the reputation, credibility, or emotional integrity of Paul Angelo, the BGF program, its staff, or its members.
This includes but is not limited to:
Publicly posting critical or defamatory reviews
Making negative or false claims on social media, blogs, forums, or podcasts
Sending private communications to third parties with intent to damage the program or its operator
You agree to resolve grievances directly and privately with BGF. Any breach of this non-disparagement clause will entitle BGF to pursue legal and financial remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
🔹 Liquidated Damages for Breach
In recognition that harm caused by breach of confidentiality, non-disparagement, or misuse of proprietary materials may be difficult to quantify, you agree to pay liquidated damages of $10,000 per violation, in addition to any other remedies available under law.
This amount reflects a reasonable estimation of damages caused by reputational harm, loss of goodwill, and enforcement costs, and does not constitute a penalty.
🔹 Intellectual Property Protection
All content within the Big Gay Family Social Program — including the Universal Dating Protocol (UDP), its call structures, terminology, exercises, scripts, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Paul Angelo and may not be copied, replicated, reverse-engineered, or rebranded in any form.
You may not:
Use program materials to create your own course, coaching program, or matchmaking system
Share internal documents with third parties
Attempt to train or commercialize the program under a different brand or identity
Violations will be treated as copyright infringement and intellectual property theft and will be prosecuted under applicable federal and international law.
🔹 Attorney’s Fees and Enforcement Costs
In the event of any legal or administrative action arising out of or related to a member’s breach of this agreement, including but not limited to violation of the confidentiality clause, non-disparagement clause, arbitration agreement, intellectual property rights, or any other term outlined herein, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney’s fees, arbitration fees, court costs, collection costs, and enforcement expenses incurred in connection with such action.
This includes, without limitation:
Pre-litigation investigation expenses
Costs of subpoenas, depositions, or expert witness testimony
Fees associated with filing injunctions or protective orders
Any post-judgment enforcement or collection actions
This clause applies whether enforcement is pursued through arbitration, small claims court, civil litigation, or any alternative legal forum. It shall survive the termination or expiration of a member’s participation in the Big Gay Family Social Program.
🔹 Governing Law and Venue
This agreement, and all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to your participation in the Big Gay Family Social Program (BGF), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that:
The exclusive venue for any legal proceedings, including arbitration, small claims, or civil litigation brought by or against BGF, shall be in Denver County, Colorado.
You submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Colorado and waive any claim that such forum is inconvenient or improper.
This clause applies to all legal and equitable actions, including contract disputes, defamation claims, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and any matters related to arbitration or injunctive relief.
